Please be patient ... It may take a few moments for the video to load depending on your connection
speeds. If you have waited several minutes and nothing has happened, or if you are only getting the
audio, try right-clicking on the screen and clicking on "Play in RealPlayer." This often works though it
can take a while to load. It may play the audio while the video is loading but don't fret. After the video
reads "100% loaded" on the bottom of the screen, it should start playing. You may have to stop the
video and restart it at that point but it should work. If you still have difficulties, please feel free to email
